Swim 1.5K (0.92 miles)
Bike 40K (24.8 miles)
Run 10K (6.2 miles)

Cut-off Times:
Bike – 1 hour after last swim wave, approximately 10:15 at the gateway
Run – No cutoff

Male & Female Age Group
15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & up.

Awards
Awards will be given to the top three finishers of each age group. In addition, as a 2008 Special Qualifying race for the Age Group National Championship, the top 33 percent or top 5 finishers (whichever is greater) in each age group will qualify for the National Age Group Championship. Clydesdale & Athena
To enter the Clydesdale category you must be a man wieghing 200 lbs. or more.
To enter the Athena category you must be a woman weighing 150 lbs. or more.
Weigh in at check-in.

Relay – $300
Charity – $300
Challenged Athlete – FREE Tri-Trainer.com will cover all Challenged Athletes
Please note that a portion of the entry fee is being donated to our partner charities.
ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
No exceptions.

Requirements:
You must be at least age 15, in good physical condition, and wear an ANSI-approved helmet during the entire cycling event. A list of all rules can be found by clicking here: USAT Rules

All athletes must be USAT members. A one-day membership may be purchased at race registration or check-in.
